Job Description :
- Collect event & sponsorship proposal
- Collect all exhibition proposal from dealer
- Making confirmation letter to dealer for monthly exhibition approval
- Collect all monthly exhibition report from dealer
Requirement :
- Associate degree from reputable university, preferable from administration or MICE major, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply (had experience in event or promotion field will be advantage)
- 21-27 years old.
- Must be able to operate Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
- Fluent in English (active)
- Communicative, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, have interest in dealing with administrative task
